About – Local Side Gigs

The World’s Gone Local.

Sometimes the opportunity you’re looking for isn’t across the country or across the internet.

It may be right around the corner.

Why we’re here

Built to make local connections easier.

LocalSideGigs.com was created to make it easier for people to discover side gigs, flexible work, services, and opportunities in their own communities.

Whether someone is looking to earn some extra money, put an existing skill to work, explore something new, or simply see what opportunities are available nearby, our goal is to help make those connections easier.

Talented people in every community

People ready to put their skills, time, and energy to work — often right in their own neighborhood.

Individuals & businesses that need help

Local people and businesses with real work to get done — projects, services, and short-term needs.

More Than a Job Board

We believe there’s a difference between looking for another job and looking for the right side gig. LocalSideGigs is being developed as more than a traditional employment website built to help people discover what’s possible close to home.
